What happens to my donation if the Eureka Springs Community Center Foundation’s future funding goals are not met?

If the Foundation does not meet its financial goal, donations received will be used for a community improvement project in Eureka Springs.

It is the intent of the Board to partner with the Carroll County Community Foundation to assist with dispersing the funds. The Eureka Springs Community Center Foundation (ESCCF) will request that they grant all ESCCF donations to the Eureka Springs Parks and Recreation Commission designating that the funds be spent for the continued development of the Eureka Springs Trails System.

The Eureka Springs Community Center Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Because of this, the IRS prohibits the refund of donations for any reason.
