About Short Term Facility Rental Spaces
The Eureka Springs Community Center (ESCC) has multiple areas available for short term rentals.
These areas are suitable for meetings, events, activities, parties, or other special occasion functions.
All indoor rental areas include complimentary WiFi (if available), two tables, and twenty chairs. Additional tables and chairs for these areas, as well as other items such as a projector or sound system, may be rented.
All rental areas are subject to availability and may be booked up to one year in advance.
The areas available for rent are the Community Meeting Room, Gymnasium, Highlander Room, and the Outdoor Space. The Outdoor Space is considered to include both the lawn and gravel areas, and much of the parking lot.
All rentals are booked with a two (2) hour minimum as the base rate, including set up time. Thereafter, an hourly rate applies for any subsequent hours, or portions thereof, up to a daily maximum rate.
Normally, rental spaces are made available for use between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm. Any hours that fall outside of those must be discussed with the ESCC prior to booking.
Multi-area and multi-discounts may be applied, as available.

How to Book a Rental
Those parties interested in renting an area should contact the ESCC to inquire about availability.
If the ESCC confirms that the area is available for rental and the party wishes to proceed with booking, then a deposit that is equal to 50% of the total rental fee and a cleaning deposit/fee must be submitted to reserve the rental.
If the rental area is returned clean and in the same state as it was rented in, the cleaning deposit will be returned to the renter within seven (7) business days. Cleaning fees are not returned.
Full details of rental terms and final payment terms are reviewed with the renter prior to the time of booking.
